To help clean up your accounts and prepare them for the upcoming school year, TalkingPoints automatically archives messages from the previous school year on July 1. You can view messages from a previous school year by following the steps below.

Step 1: Click your name on the bottom left hand corner.

Step 2: Click "Settings" to open your account settings.

Step 3: Select the "School Year" option.

Step 4: Select the school year you would like to view.

You can now navigate back to your home screen to view messages from your selected school year. Near the upper left corner you'll see the year you are viewing data for. When you're finished, simply click on the school year button and change it back to the current year.
