By default, notifications for District Admins are turned off. If you would like to receive email notifications about TalkingPoints messages, please follow the steps below to turn your notifications on.
District Admins would receive notifications about two types of messages:
Families writing messages to School Admins or responding to school messages
Families responding to messages District Admins have sent from their teacher mode
Note: The video will first walk through how to do so for District Admins, School Admins can skip to 1:55.
2. Click on your name in the bottom left hand corner of your account.
3. Click on Notifications.
4. Adjust your notification settings to your desired frequency + click Save.
