TalkingPoints wants to make sure that you are able to reach all families. If the phone number for a contact isn’t a mobile number (landline), or if the phone number is no longer active, TalkingPoints will display "invalid" as the status for that particular contact.

From the "Classes" view, you will see the "invalid" designation in the status column identifying any contacts with invalid numbers in a particular class.

To see what percentage of numbers are invalid, navigate to the "Analytics" tab and scroll down to a pie graph representation of valid vs. invalid numbers, as well as a downloadable report that shows which contacts have invalid phone numbers.
