On the Web App:
Step 1: Click on the "Messages" tab from the left hand panel.
Step 2: Select the message thread that contains the photo or video that you would like to save.
Step 3: Right click on the photo and select "Save image As..."
Step 4: Name the file, choose the location where you want to save it on your computer and click "Save".
This works for both pictures and videos.
On the Mobile App:

For iPhone users, follow these additional steps in your phone settings before trying the steps to save photos from TalkingPoints:
Go to settings in your phone and select "TalkingPoints for Teachers" app.
Select "Photos" so that you can allow TalkingPoints to access.
Click "All Photos" to allow photo access.
Once you have adjusted your phone settings, you can now save photos from the TalkingPoints for Teachers app! See instructions below:
Step 1: Open the conversation that contains the photo you would like to save.
Step 2: Tap on the image to enlarge it.
Step 3: Click "Save" in the bottom left hand corner.
