Step 1: Click on the 'Schools' tab.

Step 2: Select the school you would like to view.

Step 3: Click 'Open School Product'.

Once in the School Admin account, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click your name on the bottom left hand corner.

Step 2: Click "Profile" to open your profile options page.

Step 3: Select the "School Year" option.

Step 4: Select the school year you would like to view.

You can now navigate back to your messages screen to view messages from your selected school year. Near the upper left corner you'll see the year you're viewing data for. When you're finished, simply click on the clock next to the school year and change it back to the current year.
