When you send a message, by default your message will go to all families associated with the class(es) selected and will be translated for all families. However, we know that sometimes you need to communicate with families by language(s). Use our "Filter Languages" option to select recipients by language group and send messages relevant to their language or culture such as messages with translated resources or announcements about an upcoming event for their community.
Step 2: Select the recipients to whom you want to send the message/announcement.
Step 3: To the right of the “Recipients” section click the box that says “Filter Languages” and select the language group you want to send to.
Step 4: Compose the message you want to send or use a template you already made.
Step 5: Either click send to send the message immediately or click schedule to set a specific time you want the message delivered.
