To save photos from the TalkingPoints for Families app, please see the steps below.
iOS:
*Please Note: For iPhone users, follow these additional steps in your phone settings before trying the steps to save photos from TalkingPoints:
Go to settings in your phone and select "TalkingPoints for Families" app.
Select "Photos" so that you can allow TalkingPoints to access.
Click "All Photos" to allow photo access.
Once you have adjusted your phone settings, you can now save photos from the Family app! See instructions below:
1. Open the conversation that has the image you want to save.
2. Tap on the image and click "save."
3. Once you save the image, it will then be downloaded.
*Note: Please make sure you "tap" briefly (not press and hold) on the photo, and it should enlarge the image. The bottom of the screen will have a "Save" option. The first time you click "save," you will need to give the app permission to save your photos.
Android
1. Open the conversation that has the image you want to save.
2. Tap on the image and click "save."
3. Once you save the image, it will then be downloaded.
