District and school admins can view communications between families and staff members (i.e. teachers, nurses, coaches, secretaries) from their school accounts.
Make sure your account is set to "school mode." See the article, School and Admin Teacher Modes, for more details on how to toggle between the two accounts.
Step 1: Click on "Messages" in the left hand panel, which will bring you to your inbox.
Step 2: For a general view of all messages between families and staff, select "All" under each category.
Step 3: To access conversations between families and specific staff members, navigate to the "Students" tab on the left-hand side. Search for the student you want to view and click on the student’s name. This will open the student's message thread. In the right hand corner, there is a dropdown menu which contains all teachers and staff that have communicated with this student’s family contacts.
