The "unsubscribe banner" specifies who has unsubscribed from TalkingPoints so that teachers are aware of who is no longer receiving messages.
Details include:
Family member the student is associated with
Family member's role (e.g. mother/father, guardian)
If available, what the family member's name is.
Please note: The resubscribing process has to be done by the family. Once a family has unsubscribed, they can rejoin by typing REJOIN to the phone number from which messages were originally sent. If the family member uses the mobile app, they can simply log into the app again!
