We want to empower family app users by providing the resources needed to contact their school about making changes to their profile.

You can use the following template or copy/paste the letter below to send to your school and request that they update your information. Feel free to adjust as needed:

Hello School Staff,

My name is ______________ and I am the parent/guardian of ________________. I am having trouble with TalkingPoints because of incorrect information in your system. Please check that your system has the following contact information filled in correctly for me.
