Teachers can filter the messages in their inbox so that they can either see unread messages, or they can mark all messages as read. Read below to see how to filter your inbox on both your mobile app or when accessing your account on your computer.

Show Unread Messages & Mark All as 'Read'

  1. When there are unread messages, three dots appear in the upper right-hand corner.

  2. Select 'show only unread messages.'

  3. All unread messages appear.

  4. Select 'show all messages' to view all messages, or 'mark all as read' to register all messages as read.

  5. After selecting 'mark all as read,' all messages are registered as read.

  2. Click 'show all' to return to all messages.

Mark Messages as 'Read'

  1. Click the three dots and choose the option to 'mark all messages as read.'

3. Confirm to mark all messages as 'read.'

4. All messages will be marked as 'read.'
