TalleFlow’s AI document generator assembles a ready-to-edit Unlayer page using your brief, brand details, and the selected document type.

🔎 What It Does

  • Builds a full Unlayer Page design with rows, columns, headings, images, and links.

  • Writes on-brand copy tailored to your goals and audience.

  • Inserts Smart Tags so the document auto-fills client and business info inside TalleFlow.

Availability: Brochure, Proposal, and Custom documents.

🚀 How to Use It

  1. Start a new doc
    Go to Documents → New. Choose Brochure, Proposal, or Custom.

  2. Click “Generate with AI”
    You’ll see a short form to enter your brief and brand options.

  3. Add your brief
    Describe the event, audience, goals, location, timeline, and any must-include details. The more specific, the better.

  4. Choose tone and theme
    Select a tone like modern or elegant. Set primary and accent colors, or keep your workspace defaults.

  5. Include brand details
    Logo, business name, site, and contact info can be prefilled from your workspace. You can override them for this document.

  6. Generate
    TalleFlow creates a complete Unlayer Page. Review it, then click Insert to open it in the editor.

  7. Edit and finalize
    Tweak copy, swap images, and update links. Save as a Template if you want to reuse it.

🏷️ Smart Tags

These placeholders auto-fill with your data inside TalleFlow:

  • Business: {{business.name}}, {{business.email}}, {{business.phone}}, {{business.website}}, {{business.city}}, {{business.state}}

  • Client: {{contact.first_name}}, {{contact.last_name}}, {{contact.company}}

  • Project: {{project.name}}, {{project.date}}, {{project.location}}

  • Pricing: {{pricing.essentials_total}}, {{pricing.signature_total}}

  • Invoice: {{invoice.total}}, {{invoice.next_due_date}}, {{invoice.payment_link}}

💡 If you don’t yet have data for a tag, you can leave it as-is and TalleFlow will fill it later.

💡 Tips for Great Results

  • Be specific in your brief (audience, outcomes, must-includes).

  • Pick a clear tone (e.g., modern or elegant for corporate events).

  • Use the right CTAs (e.g., talleflow://accept_proposal).

  • Swap images quickly by replacing URLs or uploading your own.

  • Save as a template to reuse layouts across clients.

⚠️ Limitations

  • Supported for Brochure, Proposal, and Custom only (not Contracts, Invoices, or Questionnaires).

  • Output uses Unlayer Page blocks — no external JavaScript or iframes.

  • Forms are not generated automatically (add a form block manually if needed).

🔧 Troubleshooting

Parse error when importing JSON

  • Ensure the JSON starts with { and ends with }.

  • Remove stray quotes, hidden characters, or trailing commas.

Images don’t load

  • Replace placeholders with your own uploads.

  • Ensure image URLs are publicly accessible.

Section missing or off-brand

  • Regenerate with a more detailed brief.

  • Set your palette and fonts before generating.

🔒 Data & Privacy

  • Your brief and prompts are sent to our AI service for generation.

  • Uploaded files are not shared unless you include them in the prompt.

  • Avoid sensitive information — insert private details later in TalleFlow fields.
