After you create a form in Contact Forms, you can publish it and place it on your website. Submissions go straight into your TalleFlow CRM so nothing slips through the cracks.

πŸ”Ή Step 1: Publish and Copy Your Embed Code

  1. Go to Contact Forms in TalleFlow.

  2. Open the form you want to use.

  3. Click Publish.

  4. In the Publish modal, click Copy Embed Code.

Example:

<iframe src="https://forms.talleflow.com/{formId}" width="100%" height="700" frameborder="0" style="border:0; border-radius:8px;"> </iframe>

Tip: Each form has its own unique embed code. If you edit and republish, the same link stays valid and your changes go live.

If your code uses a temporary testing link and you see β€œX-Amz” in the URL, that link will expire. Use the permanent https://forms.talleflow.com/{formId} version from the Publish modal.

⚠️ Platforms That Do Not Allow External Iframes

Notion does not allow custom iframes on native pages. If your site is built on Notion, use a Notion site wrapper that supports custom code such as Super or Potion.
