Manage your TalleFlow subscription, invoice passes, and billing details in one place.

You can manage everything related to your subscription inside your Profile Settings. This includes upgrading your plan, purchasing invoice send passes, viewing billing history, and updating your payment method.

🔐 Where to Manage Your Subscription

  1. Click your profile photo in the top-right corner

  2. Select Manage Your Profile

  3. Click the Subscription tab

This is where you’ll see your current plan and available upgrade options.


💳 Your Subscription Options

TalleFlow offers flexible billing designed for creative businesses at any stage.
You can either pay per invoice or choose an unlimited monthly or yearly plan.


🟢 Option 1: Pay-Per-Invoice ($10 Invoice Send Pass)

Perfect for seasonal creatives, new businesses, or anyone who doesn't send invoices often.

How It Works

  • Purchase a $10 Invoice Send Pass

  • Use it to send one invoice through TalleFlow

  • Your client can still pay online using Stripe

  • Stripe’s standard processing fees still apply

📌 This model has no monthly fees.
You only pay when you actually need to send an invoice.

Best for:

  • Seasonal businesses

  • Early-stage creatives

  • Side hustlers

  • Users testing TalleFlow before upgrading


🟢 Option 2: Unlimited Invoicing Subscription

If you send invoices more regularly, our subscription plans remove the $10 fee entirely.

Monthly Plan

$39/month

  • Unlimited invoice sends

  • Only Stripe processing fees apply

  • Cancel anytime

  • Best for growing businesses

Yearly Plan

$399/year (save $69)

  • Unlimited invoice sends

  • Stripe fees still apply

  • One annual payment

  • Ideal for established businesses & teams

📌 Both plans include all TalleFlow features with no additional limits on:

  • Projects

  • Contacts

  • Documents

  • Tasks

  • File uploads

  • Integrations


🧾 Where to See Your Billing Details

Inside the Subscription tab you can view:

  • Your current plan

  • Next billing date

  • Payment method

  • Billing history

  • Invoice receipts

  • Upgrade or downgrade options

You can update your payment method or switch plans anytime.


🔁 Switching Plans

Upgrading

You can upgrade from:

  • Pay-per-invoice → Monthly or Yearly

  • Monthly → Yearly

Upgrades apply immediately.

Downgrading

If moving from:

  • Yearly → Monthly

  • Monthly → Pay-per-invoice

Your downgrade will apply at the end of your current billing cycle.


🧩 How Subscriptions Affect Your Invoices

Here’s how billing ties to invoice sending:

If You’re Pay-Per-Invoice

  • Sending an invoice requires a $10 Invoice Send Pass

  • Stripe processing fees always apply

  • You can still use all other TalleFlow features without restrictions

If You’re on a Subscription Plan

  • Invoice sending is unlimited

  • Stripe processing fees always apply

  • No additional charges from TalleFlow

Stripe Fees Reminder

Stripe processing fees vary by country, but in the U.S. typical rates include:

  • 2.9% + 30¢ per card transaction

  • 1% for ACH transfers (coming soon)

TalleFlow does not add any additional payment processing fees beyond Stripe.
