Begin by selecting the "My Account & Bookings" options after clicking the user icon in the top right of the screen.
Select the "Bookings" tab on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
Select "Cancel" on the booking that you would like to cancel. Whether a refund will be available for you depends on what type of booking it is and how long before the booking was due to take place you cancelled it.
