There are several ways to amend a booking...

Changing the Date of a booking
If you have made a booking and it has not yet been accepted, then the easiest way to amend it would be to cancel this booking and to then place a new booking with the new date.
If you have made a booking and it has already been accepted, then you can request to amend the date by following the steps below...
1) Log into your Tally Workspace account

2) Go to the Bookings Tab
3) Go to your Upcoming bookings and find the booking you want to amend

4) Click "Request New Date"
5) Select the new date and click "Request New Date"

6) Your booking will then go back to a "Requested" status and the venue will accept/reject depending on their availability. If they reject the new date then the original booking will remain.
Extending the time of a booking
If you have made a booking and it has not yet been accepted, then the easiest way to extend it would be to cancel this booking and to then place a new booking with the updated times.
If you have made a booking and it has already been accepted, then the only way to extend it would be to place a new booking for that extra period of time. For example, I have booked a meeting room from 2 - 3pm and I want to extend it till 5pm. I would just place a new booking for the same meeting room from 3 - 5pm. Please note it does depend on the venue's availability whether they can accept this new booking for the extra period.
Changing the time of a booking
It is currently not possible to change the time of a booking. You would need to cancel the booking and place a new booking for the new period of time.
What if it has passed the cancellation window?
If it has passed the cancellation window then please contact hello@tallyworkspace.com or come on the live chat and we can see if it is possible with the venue to accommodate this new time. Please note it is not always guarantee this is possible and it is up to the venue's discretion.
