Updating Your Self-Billing Agreement

We’ve made it easier for venues to stay up to date with their self-billing agreements. You no longer need to re-sign the agreement every 12 months if your bank details remain the same.

Instead, you can simply confirm your existing details directly through your venue portal - saving you time and keeping your payments running smoothly.

How It Works

1. Log into your venue account

When you log into your venue account, a pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm whether your bank details are still correct.

  • If your details are unchanged, click “Yes” — no further action is required.
    You’ll continue to receive your invoices and payments as usual.

  • If your bank details have changed, click “No.”
    A new self-billing agreement will automatically be sent to the finance email address we have on file.
    If this email address is no longer valid, please contact us so we can send the agreement to the correct person.

Managing Multiple Venues

If you manage multiple venues, the system will guide you through each one individually:

  • Once you’ve selected “Yes” or “No” for one venue, the next venue will automatically appear for confirmation.

  • Venues will only appear as a pop-up if it’s been 12 months since you last signed the agreement for that particular venue.

  • They’re shown in order based on when you last signed - so if you signed different venues at different times, they’ll appear accordingly.
