This article explains how to add a full-time office to your listing. If you have more than 10 office spaces to add, please refer to this help article for guidance on bulk uploads.
Steps To Add a Full Time Office Space
Log into your Venue account
Go to the "Building" section as shown below
Click the "Edit" button on the specific building you want to update spaces for as shown below:
Click on the Spaces section as shown below:
Click on the + Add Full Time Office Space button in blue to add a space.
Add the details for your full time office space:
Unit Name
Monthly Listing Price
Next, add the following details:
Next, add the availability of the office.
If it is available now, toggle it as available.
If it available in the future, add the date it will become available
Next, there are optional fields to complete
Add all amenities that are available within the office space. Not the amenities of the whole building.
Add Images of the office space. This should of the office space itself, not the building.
Once you've finished adding the space details, click Save. The space will now appear on your listing. This does not mean your listing page is live yet on our website it just means the spaces will appear once we put it live.
What to do if you have multiple office spaces to add?
If you have more than 10 office spaces that need to be added, our team can handle the upload for you. Please provide all the details in a CSV, spreadsheet, or Excel file this allows us to complete a bulk upload efficiently. Once your file is ready, email it to availability@tallyworkspace.com along with your availability details.
