Why do I need to provide Broker Contact information?

When a customer enquires about a full time office at one of your venues, we need to know who to send that lead to. Your broker contact information tells us exactly where to direct these enquiries - whether that's a specific person, a leasing team, or a shared inbox.

Making sure this is up to date means you won't miss any full time office leads from Tally Workspace.

Please note: Your broker contact email applies across all of your buildings. You can only set one contact email for your account, and all full time office enquiries will be sent there.

How do I add or update my broker contact information?

Log in to your venue account on Tally Workspace.

Go to the "Full Time Offices" section and click "Settings".

Here you can add the contact details of the person or team who should receive all full time office enquiries.

You will need to provide:

  • Contact name โ€” the name of the person or team handling full time office leads

  • Email address โ€” where we should send all full time office enquiries

  • Phone number โ€” so customers can get in touch directly if needed

Once you've entered the details, click "Save". This contact information will apply to all buildings on your account.

What happens when a customer enquires about a full time office?

When a customer submits an enquiry for a full time office at any of your venues, we will send the lead directly to the email address you've provided in your broker contact information.

How Will I Receive Leads?

Please note that all leads will remain confidential until the viewing stage. We will share the clientโ€™s requirements, but no identifying information will be provided at this point. Instead, you will receive a unique 6-digit code (e.g. TQ6T3) to log the lead.

If the client requests a viewing at your venue, we will then share their contact details.

Why is it important to keep this up to date?

If your broker contact information is out of date or missing, full time office leads may not reach the right person - and you could miss out on potential tenants. We recommend checking your broker contact details whenever there are changes to your leasing team.

If you need any help adding or updating your broker contact information, reach out to hello@tallyworkspace.com or come on our live chat and a member of our team will be happy to help.
