How to update your office availability

Keeping your availability up to date means clients only ever see spaces that are genuinely free - fewer wasted enquiries for you, and faster bookings. Here's how to update a full-time office space in the venue portal.

Step-by-step

  1. Log in to the venue portal.

  2. Go to Buildings tab

  3. Click on the Spaces tab for the building you want to update

  4. Scroll down to Full Time Office Spaces.

  5. Click Edit on the space you want to change.

  6. Amend the space details as needed (description, size, price, etc.).

  7. To update availability, scroll down to the Availability section:

    • Toggle on if the space is currently free.

    • Toggle off if it isn't - then add the date it next becomes available.

  8. Scroll to the bottom and click Save.

That's it - your changes go live straight away.

Tips

  • If a space is let but you know when it frees up, always add the next available date so clients can plan ahead and register interest.

  • Review your spaces regularly so your listings stay accurate.

  • Updating the space details (price, size, description) at the same time keeps everything consistent for anyone viewing the listing.
