The batch time on your QD3 device is preprogrammed before its shipped out to you, Batch time is set to auto batch daily at 7 AM CST.
Important! The QD3 needs to be powered on and connected to a network in order to process a batch successfully.
If you haven't batched out, you would be getting a pop-up notice in your Transaction page indicating you need to batch out:
If you need to batch out before the set time you can always batch out manually:
Choose the 3 line menu icon on the bottom right corner
Enter Password 1234
Choose Settlement
Choose Settle Daily Batch
