It happens that a customer changes his mind and a refund is needed, we made it simple as pressing a few clicks and providing that security to your customers.
Taps on a transaction needed and click on Customer Refund:
Choose partial or full refund and click Issue Refund
You will get a notification that it has been sent and your customer will get the receipt via email
If you have charged via the QD3 device, you will need the card charged in hand to initiate the refund on the QD3 device!
Once refund was successfully done, go to the Transaction page to see the job refunded
Clicking on the refunded job will open the full information about that charge:
