Since your bank account information is sensitive, we take extra steps to make sure its verified and kept secure; therefore, only our Support team can make these changes.
When you contact us, we will share with you a Bank update form. Please make sure to have in handy a voided check or bank verification letter, as forms that are submitted without won't be accepted.
A few important highlights that should be included in the letter from the bank:
Must be on bank letterhead.
Reference to the Legal or DBA Name must be present in the letter.
DDA and ABA transit routing numbers must be referenced on the letter.
The letter must be typed or in a pre-printed format only.
The name of the Bank Official and contact information must be printed on the letter and signed.
