When you fill out your Merchant Application, a card reader is automatically sent to the address you provided. It should arrive within a few days after your application is completed.
If you didn’t request a reader during the process, no worries — simply contact our support team by clicking here, and we’ll be happy to help you get one.

• A completed merchant application is required before a reader can be shipped.
• The reader is free of charge.
• If you no longer need it, we kindly ask that you return it to avoid potential fees.
