In TAMI you will notice we have 4 types of email status:

  • Platinum

  • Accept All

  • Pending

  • Rejected

  • No Email

What does each status type mean?

  • Platinum - The email was checked to the inbox and successfully delivered. It is safe to use. Excepted bounce rate <5%.

  • Accept All - The contact has been verified and identified as accept-all. An accept-all (also known as catch-all) domain is an email domain configured to accept all emails, even those sent to non-existent mailboxes on that domain. To dive deeper into what is an "Accept All" check out our article "What is "Accept all" in TAMI?" Expected bounce rate >10%.

  • Pending - Not recently refreshed, these need to be verified. You can verify them using the "Refresh" button. Learn more on how to refresh by going to our "Refresh" article. All emails refresh when user triggers an export.

  • Rejected - This email address is invalid and failed to be delivered. It is not safe to use for marketing.

  • No Email - We do not have a email address for this contact. However we may still have a LinkedIn profile or contact number.
