To take full advantage of Tammy's nutritionist-created library of recipes, here's what you need to do:
Pop to the 'NUTRITION' tab in your diary
Tap 'ADD ITEM'
Here you can create your own recipe, search for another Tammy Fit recipe, scan in a barcode from a ready meal or individual ingredient or add in a recipe from a website link!
Once you have built your new recipe, tap 'ADD RECIPE'.
The recipe will appear in your diary.
π Hot tip: Make sure you select the tick next to what you've eaten in your diary so the macro counter stays up to date and you can see how you're tracking.
