Be sure to set small and measurable goals, and to celebrate even the small things. When you set big goals for the long term it is hard to see how you will ever get there. When you see yourself succeeding with small goals, it will increase your willingness to get up and work out! 

Tammy's tips & tricks: 

  • work out on a regular basis to increase everyday motivation

  • track your progress to see improvements 

  • focus on yourself and don't compare to others 

  • make it convenient 

  • find the fun in it and choose the activities you like the most

  • reward yourself! Treat yourself for working out
