Our free trial period is 7 days of access to everything Tammy Fit. 

It allows you to get a feel for the app and test out some workouts and meals to see if Tammy Fit suits you. When you sign up you’ll need to select one of the three payment plans which will automatically be billed to your account after the free trial. 

If Tammy fit does not suit your goals and routine, just be sure to cancel before the 7 days is up which can be done in your subscriptions section on the Google Play App.
