You can switch subscriptions at any time! When you switch subscriptions, the new one stacks on to the end of what you’ve already paid for. 

For example, if you’re on a quarterly plan and switch to monthly, your monthly plan will begin at the end of the three-month cycle you’ve already paid for. Our most popular plans are quarterly and yearly – they're the best value for money.

To swap, head to your Tammy Fit subscriptions in the App Store and simply choose which payment plan you want once your last subscription has finished.
