If any issues arise, all billing is managed through your Google play account, not in the app. If it is less than 48 hours since the in-app purchase, you will need to pop to Google’s ‘Request a Refund’ portal to access order history and to fill out the forms regarding your ‘Request a Refund’ or ‘Report a Problem’. The Google team should reply within three to four days.
