First and foremost, look after yourself! You are not alone in the struggle and there are so many people to talk to about what you are going through. You deserve to feel good about yourself. Whether working out is a part of improving your everyday is up to you.

If you’re feeling like you can’t move off the floor but still want to work out, try Tammy’s home ab circuit. You hardly have to stand at all. Utilise your position and smash out some crunches! Sometimes a good sweat is exactly what you need on a bad day to get rid of that low-energy fog floating around. Just like Tammy, it can really be important to work out for both your mental and physical health.

You may not love working out, but the feeling of accomplishment will spark some motivation. In creating a consistent routine, it will help generate heightened mood and energy levels every day.

Join the Tammy Fit Support Group on Facebook to talk to people just like you, who knows maybe they have some more tips and tricks too.

If you've tried all of these strategies and are still on struggle street, check in with a trusted therapist, coach or counsellor. Mental health professionals are amazing, and they're here to help us dig down to the source of our problems, making sure all of the elements of our lives are working together to keep our brains healthy.
