Think of the challenge as an extra experience alongside the app that you can share with our Tammy Fit community.

Content will include prizes, giveaways and discounts to motivate you along the way –as well as the opportunity to come along for the journey as Tammy donates to our chosen charity, Pink Elephant Support during the challenge.

Workout-wise, this challenge is much more intensive. This is a real commitment for 9 weeks where we are all in it together, sharing our wins and setbacks with each other. With more commitment and accountability through the challenge community comes better results!
