English: Optimised for consultations conducted in English. Best for English‑only encounters.
Detect language: Optimised for consultations conducted in another language. The scribe will recognise the spoken language and produce English notes.
How it works
Start the encounter as usual
If "Detect language" is selected, the spoken language will be automatically identified (from over 50 supported languages), transcribed, and translated into English for your note.
If parts of the encounter are in English, they’ll be transcribed directly.
ⓘ Important review guidance
The accuracy of translated output varies by language and may contain errors or omissions. Always review generated notes and documents carefully.
To verify accuracy, the reviewer must speak both the consultation language and English.
For high‑risk information (e.g., medications, allergies, dosing, procedures), confirm details with the patient if any uncertainty remains.
