🔢 Diagnosis Codes

Tandem can help you easily identify diagnosis codes (ICD-10 and SNOMED-CT) related to your patient conversation or dictation.

At the bottom of the generated note, you’ll find diagnosis codes that Tandem has automatically identified as relevant to the patient conversation. You can choose to link these to the conversation by clicking "Add."

If you want to add other diagnosis codes that haven’t appeared under "Related Diagnosis Codes," you can search freely. Once you’ve found the code you’re looking for, click "Add" to link it to the conversation.

Diagnosis codes are not transferred automatically, but you can copy any code by selecting "Copy code." You can then paste the code into your medical record system.
