After Tandem has drafted your note, you can make changes to the note before transferring it to your EHR. Below is an overview of the various features available to help you edit your notes:
Edit directly in the field
You can edit directly in the note by hovering your mouse pointer over the text field you want to change, and then editing the text directly.
Remove entry
If you want to remove the whole entry (a heading and its text) from the note, you can hover over the entry you want to remove and click the icon that looks like a trash can.
Add entry
If an entry is missing, you can choose to add one by clicking on "Add entry" at the bottom. A box will open where you can scroll to find the correct entry or search for it. Once you’ve selected an entry, it will automatically appear in the note, and you can fill it in.
Dictate directly into an entry
Click the microphone icon to dictate directly into any field within the note. When you’re finished, press the stop button to end the dictation.
Add and edit note
Tandem includes a built-in feature to automatically att more to your note or adjust your note based on your instructions using AI. Click the "Add or Adjust" button to open this feature.
