Follow these steps to connect your rSchools calendar feeds with Tandem so your team events automatically stay up to date.
Step 1: Create Your Teams in Tandem
In Tandem, go to My Organization → Groups.
Create all of your teams here before connecting them to rSchools.
Step 2: Get the iCal Feeds from rSchools
In rSchools, open View Schedules.
Select the group (team) you want to export.
Click View.
At the top of the page, click the Subscribe link.
Right-click the iCal link and choose Copy Link Address (or Copy Link Location, depending on your browser).
Step 3: Add the iCal Link to Tandem
In Tandem, go to My Organization → Groups.
Find your group and click the edit (✏️) icon.
In the rSchools Today Subscription → iCal URL field, paste the copied URL.
Select yourself or your AD as the Manager.
Click Modify.
Repeat this process for each team you wish to connect with Tandem
✅ That’s it!
Your rSchools events will now automatically appear in Tandem for each connected team.
