Step 1: Create Your Teams in Tandem
In Tandem, go to My Organization → Groups.
Create all of your teams here before connecting them to DragonFly.
Step 2: Get the Calendar Feed from DragonFly
Sign in to your DragonFly account.
Click Calendar in the main navigation.
In the upper-right corner, click the gear icon (⚙️) to open calendar settings.
In the same corner, click the box icon (integration options).
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Add Integration.
Select the Google Calendar option.
Choose your school and all teams you want to include in the feed.
Copy the generated calendar URL.
Step 3: Add the DragonFly Feed to Tandem
In Tandem, go to My Organization → Groups.
Find your school and click the edit (✏️) icon.
In the Dragonfly Subscription → iCal URL field, paste the copied URL.
Select yourself or your AD as the Manager.
Click the Modify.
Step 4: Set Up Group Mapping
On the school details page, click Setup Subscription.
Map your groups to the correct teams associated with the school.
You can only map groups linked to the school you’re currently configuring.
If you have additional schools, repeat this process for each one.
✅ That’s it!
Your DragonFly events will now automatically appear in Tandem for each connected team.
