Step 1: Create Your Teams in Tandem
In Tandem, go to My Organization → Groups.
Create all of your teams here before connecting them to ScheduleStar.
Step 2: Configure the iCal Feed
Go to http://ical.schedulestar.com.
Log in using your ScheduleStar username and password.
Check both Home Games and Away Games.
Adjust the date range to include as many months in the future as needed — a full year is recommended.
Leave all other settings as default and continue to the next page.
Copy the generated iCal URL.
Step 3: Add the Schedule Star Feed to Tandem
In Tandem, go to My Organization → Groups.
Find your school and click the edit (✏️) icon.
In the ScheduleStar Subscription → iCal URL field, paste the copied URL.
Click Modify.
Step 4: Set Up Group Mapping
On the school details page, click Setup Subscription.
Map your groups to the correct teams associated with the school.
You can only map groups linked to the school you’re currently configuring.
If you have additional schools, repeat this process for each one.
✅ Result:
Your Schedule Star events will now sync automatically to Tandem, keeping your school and team calendars up to date.
