Step 1: Create Your Teams in Tandem
In Tandem, go to My Organization → Groups.
Create all of your teams here before connecting them to Arbiter.
Step 2: Generate the iCal Feed in SportsEngine
Navigate to your SportsEngine calendar.
Select the tags you want to include in your iCal feed.
💡 Tip: Pay close attention to the seasons listed in parentheses — they determine which events are included.
Once your desired tags are selected, allow the page to load for a moment.
Scroll to the bottom and right click and copy the URL of the Subscribe to iCal link.
Step 3: Add the SportsEngine Feed to Tandem
In Tandem, go to My Organization → Groups.
Find your school and click the edit (✏️) icon.
In the SportsEngine Subscription → iCal URL field, paste the copied URL.
Select yourself or your AD as the Manager.
Click Modify.
Step 4: Set Up Group Mapping
On the school details page, click Setup Subscription.
Map your groups to the correct teams associated with the school.
You can only map groups linked to the school you’re currently configuring.
If you have additional schools, repeat this process for each one.
✅ Result:
Your SportsEngine events will now automatically appear in Tandem for the selected school.
