Step 1: Create Your Teams in Tandem
In Tandem, go to My Organization → Groups.
Create all of your teams here before connecting them to Bookeo.
Step 2: Generate the iCal Feed in Bookeo
In your Bookeo account, go to Calendar.
Click the iCal button at the bottom right.
From the drop-down menu, select the calendar(s) you want to sync.
Tick the Use fixed times checkbox to send data in GMT timezone.
Copy the Web address.
Step 3: Add the Bookeo Feed to Tandem
In Tandem, go to My Organization → Groups.
Find your school and click the edit (✏️) icon.
In the Bookeo Subscription → iCal URL field, paste the copied URL.
Select yourself or your AD as the Manager.
Click Modify.
Step 4: Set Up Group Mapping
On the school details page, click Setup Subscription.
Map your groups to the correct teams associated with the school.
You can only map groups linked to the school you’re currently configuring.
If you have additional schools, repeat this process for each one.
✅ Result:
Your Bookeo events will now automatically appear in Tandem for the selected school.
