Step 1: Create Your Teams in Tandem
In Tandem, go to My Organization → Groups.
Create all of your teams here before connecting them to MaxPreps.
Step 2: Generate the iCal Feed in MaxPreps
Sign in to your MaxPreps account at https://www.maxpreps.com/.
Find your school’s Internet Calendar Feed and copy the iCal URL.
Step 3: Add the MaxPreps Feed to Tandem
In Tandem, go to My Organization → Groups.
Find your school and click the edit (✏️) icon.
In the FHSAA Subscription → iCal URL field, paste the copied URL.
Select yourself or your AD as the Manager.
Click Modify.
Step 4: Set Up Group Mapping
On the school details page, click FHSAA → Match Teams.
Map your groups to the correct teams associated with the school.
You can only map groups linked to the school you’re currently configuring.
If you have additional schools, repeat this process for each one.
✅ Result:
Your MaxPreps/FHSAA events will now automatically appear in Tandem for the selected school.
