Connect Stripe for Facility Rentals
To accept credit card payments for Facility Rentals, you'll need to connect a Stripe merchant account to your Tandem organization. If you don't already have a Stripe account, you can create one as part of the setup process.
Connect Your Stripe Account
Navigate to Facility Rentals.
Select Stripe.
Choose one of the following:
Connect an Existing Stripe Account if you already have a Stripe account.
Set Up a New Stripe Account to create a new account.
Create a New Stripe Account
If you're creating a new Stripe account, follow the prompts to complete the setup:
Select your Business Type, then click Continue.
Enter your organization's information, then click Continue.
Verify that you are authorized to represent your organization, then click Continue.
Select the bank account where you would like to receive payouts, then click Continue.
Complete the Connection
Review the information you've entered.
Click Connect Accounts.
Select Finish to complete the connection between Stripe and Tandem.
Configure Your Stripe Account
After your account is connected, you can complete your Stripe configuration by:
Selecting the bank account for payouts (if you haven't already).
Configuring your payout schedule.
Entering the business information that customers will see on their credit card statements, invoices, and receipts.
Note: Don't worry if you need to stop during the setup process to gather additional information. Your progress is saved. When you're ready to continue, navigate to Facility Rentals > Stripe and select Continue Stripe Setup.
Finish Your Setup
On the final Stripe page:
Review any errors or incomplete sections.
Complete any required information.
Click Agree and Submit to finish setting up your Stripe integration with Tandem.
Once your Stripe account has been approved, your organization will be ready to accept credit card payments for Facility Rentals.
