Quick Setup Guide
This guide will walk you through the basics so you can start using your Tandem calendar right away.
Step 1: Go to My Organization
Click on the My Organization tab. This is where you’ll find all setup and configuration options for your Tandem calendar.
Step 2: Add the Essentials
To begin scheduling effectively, add the following:
Facilities – The locations, buildings, and rooms your organization owns and schedules.
Facilities can be nested within one another (e.g., Building D → D101, D102).
Note: Only add facilities your organization owns. Remote or outside locations are added elsewhere.
Groups – Clubs, teams, or other organized sets of people who participate in events.
Examples: Soccer Team, Drama Club, Jazz Band.
Equipment – Resources required for events that are not locations.
Examples: Microphones, Projectors, Tables, Chairs.
Step 3: Start Adding Events
Once your Facilities, Groups, and Equipment are set up, you’ll have the essentials in place to begin adding and managing events on your calendar.
