Customizing the Add Event Wizard

Tandem allows you to adjust the Add Event Wizard so it mirrors your organization’s existing event request process, whether you previously used an online form or a handwritten sheet. This flexibility makes it easier for staff and community members to get comfortable with the system quickly.


How to Access Event Wizard Configuration

  1. In the left navigation menu, go to My Organization.

  2. Select Calendar Customization.

  3. Click Event Wizard Configuration.


How to Arrange Fields

  • Use the drag-and-drop handles on the left of each field.

  • Arrange fields in the order that works best for your organization.
