Sharing and Embedding Calendar Pages
Displaying publicly available Calendar Pages is a powerful way to keep your entire community informed about what’s happening at your organization.
Each Page can be customized with your own unique filters (examples: groups, facilities, activities, tags) and can include as many events as you need. Many organizations create dozens (or even hundreds) of Calendar Pages to serve different audiences.
Every Calendar Page has a unique URL that you can copy and share directly with anyone.
In addition, you can:
Embed Pages on your website.
Share them on your social media profiles.
Send them via email or SMS.
When shared, each Calendar Page gives your community the option to click “Get Updates” and subscribe to any events listed on the page.
Subscribed users will automatically receive email or text notifications whenever events are added, updated, canceled, or deleted. Tandem sends these notifications instantly, so the moment your schedule changes, your community stays informed.
This ensures parents, students, staff, and community members always have access to the most accurate, up-to-date information—without needing to manually check the calendar.
How to Embed Pages
After creating your Calendar Pages, click the menu (...) next to the Page you want to share.
From the drop-down menu, select Embed.
Click the Copy Code button
Choose where you want the Calendar Page to appear and paste the code.
Embedding ensures your community always has direct access to the most up-to-date schedule, in the places they already visit.
