How to delete, cancel, approve or reinstate events within a date range

Using the Mass Event Action Tool

The Mass Event Action tool is available only to Admin accounts under My Organization > Event Tools. It allows you to make changes to large groups of events at once, saving time and ensuring consistency across your calendar.


How It Works

  1. Search for Events

    • Enter a date range to capture all events within that period.

    • Apply filters (e.g., by facility, group, equipment, or tags) to narrow your results.

    • Leave filters blank to include all events in the selected date range.

  2. Choose an Action

    • Select the action you’d like to perform on the filtered events.

    • Continue to the review page.

  3. Review Results

    • Confirm that the search results include the events you want to update.

    • If correct, apply the action to all results with a single click.


Important Notes

  • Deleted events are fully removed from Tandem and cannot be restored.

  • Use filters carefully to avoid unintentionally updating or removing events outside your target set.
