Using the Mass Event Action Tool
The Mass Event Action tool is available only to Admin accounts under My Organization > Event Tools. It allows you to make changes to large groups of events at once, saving time and ensuring consistency across your calendar.
How It Works
Search for Events
Enter a date range to capture all events within that period.
Apply filters (e.g., by facility, group, equipment, or tags) to narrow your results.
Leave filters blank to include all events in the selected date range.
Choose an Action
Review Results
Confirm that the search results include the events you want to update.
If correct, apply the action to all results with a single click.
Important Notes
Deleted events are fully removed from Tandem and cannot be restored.
Use filters carefully to avoid unintentionally updating or removing events outside your target set.
