Printing Calendars in Tandem
Printing a polished calendar view can take a little tweaking, especially if you have a large number of events. However you have options to make your printed calendars clear and useful.
How to Print a Calendar View
Use the Filter Tool (funnel icon) to narrow down the events—for example, to a single school’s calendar if your schedule is busy.
From the Month View, use your browser’s Print function. Tandem will automatically remove the side navigation tabs.
Adjust your browser print settings for best results:
Set the layout to Landscape.
Enable Shrink to Fit (or Scale to Fit).
Toggle Print Background Colors for a more accurate calendar appearance.
Printing a Yearly Calendar
Tandem also includes a Yearly Calendar PDF option to provide a simple, printable calendar of your Key Dates.
Go to Pages > Yearly Calendar.
Click the PDF icon at the top of the page.
Print or share the generated PDF.
