How to top up advertising credit?

Learn how to top up your advertising credit on Tanganica.com. This article explains the three available methods — automatic, one-time by card, and bank transfer — and where to find them in your admin panel.

There are three main ways to top up your advertising credit:

  1. The first and also recommended option is Automatic Credit Top-Up.

  2. The second option is a one-time top-up using a credit card payment.

  3. The third and final option is a one-time top-up via bank transfer. This method is not highly recommended due to slower payment processing. If you top up your advertising credit via bank transfer, the amount will not be added to your Tanganica account immediately. This process may take 3–5 business days.

Where can I find credit top-up in the Tanganica.com app?

  1. In your Tanganica.com administration click on “Top Up Credit”

  2. Now you can choose Automatic Top-Up (recommended)

  3. Or One-Time Top-Up

The minimum amount to top up advertising credit is always €40 / CZK 1,000.
