How to withdraw (refund) the remaining credit?

If you have remaining credit in your Tanganica virtual wallet that you would like to withdraw, simply contact our support at info@tangannica.com and request a credit refund.

The credit will be refunded using the same method you used for the payment. For example, if you paid the credit by card, the money will be refunded to that card. If you paid by bank transfer, the credit will be refunded to the bank account from which the payment was made.

You can only withdraw credit that you have deposited yourself. Credits provided by us as a bonus will not be refunded.

In general, refunding advertising credits back to your account may take 5–10 business days. If you paid by card, it may take even longer because the money is sent directly by the banking institution that processes these refunds.
