The initial setup of your campaigns in Tanganica only takes a few minutes. After you create an advertising campaign in Tanganica, it goes through the approval process in the advertising systems. This may take 1–3 business days before you see in the statistics that your campaign is bringing in visitors.
For campaigns that use products from your product XML feed, product approval in the advertising systems is also required. If all your products are disapproved in a given advertising channel, your campaigns will not run.
That’s why we highly recommend checking the status of your products in the “Products” tab.
If your campaigns or products remain in the “Pending Approval” status for more than a week, please contact our support so we can check where the issue might be.
